New energy material -- Sendust core

New energy materials is that the key materials used in the transformation , utilization of new energy and the development of new energy technologies. Sendust core is a kind of soft magnetic materials. It has high saturation magnetic induction intensity.It has good high frequency magnetic properties , low loss and low cost . It has been widely used.

Soft magnetic materials are easy to be magnetized and can be repeatedly magnetized, but when the magnetic field is removed, the magnetism will be disappears. The characteristics of this kind of material are that magnetic permeability (μ=B/H) is high.It is easy to be magnetized in the magnetic field, and quickly achieve high magnetization; When the magnetic field is gone, its remanence is very small. This material is widely used in high frequency technology in electronics. Such as magnetic core, magnetic head, memory core; In the strong current technology can be used to make transformers, switching relays, etc.

Commonly magnetic cores : iron powder cores, pomer cores, Sendust cores .

The effective permeability μe μe = DL / 4N2S× 109 D -----the average diameter of the magnetic core (cm) L -----the inductance (H) N------the number of winding turns S -----the effective cross-sectional area of the magnetic core (cm2).

What is Sendust core? It is composed of Al-Si-Fe and has a very high Bmax(1050TM). Its magnetic core loss is far lower than the iron powder core and high magnetic flux.It has low magnetostriction (low noise) and is a low-cost energy storage material, no thermal aging. It can be used to replace the iron powder core.The performance is very stable at high temperature.
