New education project on critical materials, circular economy and education
An exciting new education project is seeking to develop novel learning materials on the sustainable management of critical materials. The project called SusCritMat is funded under the EU KIC EIT Raw Materials programme. Last week our first working meeting was held at the Cambridge headquarters of Granta Material Intelligence. SusCritMat aims to educate people from Master’s student level up, both in industry and academia about important aspects of sustainable critical raw materials. In a range of innovative approaches, SusCritMat introduces courses on complex and interdisciplinary topics, in a modula structure, adaptable to a variety of different formats and accessible to both students, professionals in industry and wider society. A big thank you to all at Granta, in particular Prof. Mike Ashby. More details can be found at https://suscritmat.eu/
