G3S’s innovative E-Pulp product is a printable, self-adhesive paper that is fully recyclable by repulping. Two product lines are available; Wide Format for all your Point of Sales needs and Narrow Format for all your Label needs. Both Lines are available as an indoor or outdoor version with Moisture-stability to make E-Pulp durable for outdoor use.

• E-Pulp is our patented product, perfect for all your Point of Sale posters, poster stickers, banners and promotional labels or self-adhesive product. You’ll be safe in the knowledge that E-Pulp water-based adhesive will be fully Recyclable by repulping.
• Once printed and used E-Pulp can go into any paper recycling stream to be fully recycled by repulping the paper in the conventional way or if left in landfill E-Pulp will biodegrade in the same way as paper leaving no contaminants for the next generation to clean up!
• E-pulp is a durable outdoor poster and signage product. The surface of the paper is coated with our unique moisture-resistant coating, making it durable for outdoor applications for 2-3 months and then fully recyclable in the conventional way.

Which size do you need?

Wide Format

• Suitable for digital printed signage up to 1.6m, for the retail advertising sectors.
• Particularly good for short indoor or outdoor advertising campaigns but can be used indoors long term.

Narrow web

• Use as a self-adhesive, recyclable flexographic, gravure, letterpress and digitally printable label product.
• Particularly good for residue-free labels, when you require a label to be removed leaving no glue behind.

Printing inks and techniques

• Suitable for printing by both UV and Latex inks as used on wide format digital inkjet machines. Examples of machines using these inks are the HP 360 Latex printer, Epson resin ink (latex) Surecolor SC-R5000, Colorado UV gel printer, Mimaki UV flatbed printer, Epson SC-V7000 UV flatbed as well as many other manufacturers’ equivalents.

?Repulping and recycling

• The finished product is suitable for recycling without any further actions being required to treat the paper before recycling begins.
