A new e-Learning Resource for the NHS

Health Education England (East Midlands) commissioned Dedici (and their specialist partners at eOrigen) to develop an e-Learning programme for Educational Supervisors.

The e-Learning modules were needed to replace the existing approach of a 1-day classroom course, which has trained 300 of the 3,000 Educational Supervisors in the region.  HEEM commissioned Dedici to develop the classroom approach into an on-line strategy that would be accessible at any time, and available to all HEE regions. The solution should fulfill the minimum level of training needed to equip Educational Supervisors to undertake responsibility for trainees’ progress.
