New Dividend Tax Petition

From April 2016  any limited company owner taking dividends will have to pay an extra 7.5% tax. This is over and above the 20% tax we already pay through our corporation tax, making our basic rate of tax 27.5% rather than the standard 20% which everyone else pays. Along with auto enrolment and minimum wage changes, this could well have a significant impact on small businesses.

A Petition has been started by Serena Humphrey and there are already over 30,000 signatures. 100,000 are needed for the Government to consider a debate   in Parliament. Please show your support, share this post and sign the Petition - it only takes a second.
