During the design process, CFD and CAE advanced design methods have been used, the comparison of liquid computing by CFD and empirical value shows that our new impeller is better than the original model.?

And 3D models have been developed and ensured the fine casting quality by using computer casting simulation software, the CAD is also used to determine the CNC machining path on each part.

In addition, our new 8x6-MS slurry pump is completely interchangeable with the current popular slurry pump installation dimensions, which is easy to be fitted for trial.

It is very important for an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to utilize continuously innovative technologies to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption. A pump continues running 24 hours every day, a high efficiency impeller will consume less power, then significantly reduce carbon emissions. The new design with extended wear life and improved efficiency will eventually reduce pump maintenance costs and breakdown time.
