Good Morning Friends,
Today is a new day and the beginning of a brand new week. You have many opportunities before you, both good and bad, choose wisely and from the heart. Make the most of your day and stay Positive.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
Know Your Worth. I Promise You Are Worthy
By Erin ? October 9, 2019
It's so important to understand that you are worthy. I get it. It might be really hard. You might have messed up a lot in your life. People might struggle to see you are worthy. But that doesn't mean you're not.
I have struggled with self worth my entire life. It stems from a lot of childhood stuff. Deep traumas that made me internalize a belief I was convinced was true, “I'm not good enough as I am”.
It took a lot of inner healing to understand that I am worthy of love, I am worthy of having a beautiful experience on earth. When I didn't believe that I was, I acted in a way that proved myself right. I lied. I was hypocritical. I was inauthentic. I didn't do nice things a lot of the time. I was proving myself ‘right' again and again and again. And where did that get me? Deeply depressed, anxious, and feelings of immense guilt that I could barely live with.
Once I realized I truly was always doing the best I could at any given moment, the guilt started to subside. Once I understood there was a reason I did what I did, I no longer felt shameful. The mind is a powerful tool which can be used to our destruction or to our benefit. I was using it in a destructive way for so long that I didn't know there was a way out of it. But there is.
Eventually, when I was at my lowest, I realized that I am not my past. I am not the things that I've done. Now, I can learn my limited beliefs that exist and my toxic habits and start to heal them. I don't have to keep doing the same things everyday because I was used to them. I can change. We are meant to change. We are meant to grow.
I wanted to send this out to anyone whose beating themselves up for not being good enough. You are good enough. I promise. And it's time to start acting that way because all these self-destructive patterns don't do you any good. It is possible to change. You are not changing your core, you are changing what and how you do things. You don't have to hate yourself to make a change you can love yourself and want better for your life. You really deserve good things. And you get good things if you put that into the universe. Give it all you've got. Make some uncomfortable but much needed changes. Do things to heal. Take risks. Take a leap of faith. Be vulnerable. Speak the truth in a kind way. Do things that bring you joy. Find a healthy outlet. These things create huge shifts. Once you start to take better actions, you actually want to be better. And it shifts everything.
I know what it's like to have no one know my worth. It all started within. I now know I am worthy, and so does the world. I always was, I just didn't believe it. You are too.

And You Thought Your Job Was A Pain In The Butt?
If you think, for one second, you've got a crappy job... well on your way home from work, stop at your pharmacy. I want you to go to the thermometer section and purchase a rectal thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson.
Be very sure you get this brand. When you get home, lock your doors, draw the curtains and disconnect the phone so you will not be disturbed.
Change into very comfortable clothing and sit in your favorite chair. Open the package and remove the thermometer. Now, carefully place it on a table or a surface so that it will not become chipped or broken.
Now the fun part begins. Take out the literature from the box and read it carefully. You will notice there is a disclosure in very fine print that reads:
"Every Rectal Thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson is personally tested and then sanitized."
Now, close your eyes and repeat out loud five times, "I am so glad I do not work in the thermometer quality control department at Johnson & Johnson." Have a wonderful day knowing that, no matter how bad it is, there is always a job that's more of a pain in the butt than yours.
