In December 2022, our organisation strategically enhanced its team by onboarding new, highly skilled customer-facing Development Managers. Their impact on our business has been truly transformative, showcasing a significant development to our client base. As we approach the end of 2023, we are thrilled to report their achievements and the influence they have had on our growth trajectory.

A Year of Phenomenal Progress

Since joining our organisation, the new development managers have showcased an exceptional ability to drive growth and generate new business. Over the course of this year, they have contributed to an impressive 8% growth in revenue for our company. This achievement underscores their dedication, expertise, and effectiveness in acquiring and nurturing client relationships.

One of the team's notable accomplishments has been their ability to identify and cultivate promising opportunities. They have brought over ￡1 million worth of new enquiry opportunities to the table, signifying a 22% increase compared to the previous year, including numerous main contractors and high profile clients.

The impact of the new customer-facing team has reverberated throughout our organisation, notably in the realm of Building Control and C80 Solutions. In a single month, they contributed to a record-breaking performance, facilitating a 42% surge in instructions for Building Control and C80 Solutions.

Their efforts have not only resulted in an increase in business opportunities but have also strengthened our position within the market. By successfully promoting and marketing C80 Solutions and our Building Control divisions, YDBC and ASK Building Control, they have enhanced our reputation as a go-to provider in the industry.
