New: Custom Notifications Feature In Channelyze

A new feature that we've recently introduced into Channelyze is the ability to customise notifications.

Whenever an action is taken in the vendor portal, for example assigning a lead to a partner or accepting a partner registered lead, a notification is sent advising the partner of the action.

Previously, the notification was provided by Channelyze and couldn't be changed, but now a new feature has been added, which lets you customise many of the notifications.

You can select the notification you want to customise and then change its text, making use of any replacement fields available. You can also customise the email header, replacing the Channelyze logo with your own logo.

The result is an improved user experience for your partners and a communication style and branding, which is specific to your organisation. To see it in action, view the video below:
