New contract to Helseth Kumera

M/V Energizer

Helseth AS, a part of the Kumera Group, has been awarded a contract of delivery for the Hybrid CPP Propulsion Solution on the Crew transfer Vessel, M/V Energizer, owned and operated by Northern Offshore Services. The vessel will be built at the yard Grovfjord Mekaniske Verksted in Norway and is the 6th NOS vessel with Helseth Propulsion on.

The M/V Energizer will have the highest bollard pull of its class with more than 30 Metric Tonnes. The package from Helseth consisting of Kumera Twin In-Single Out PTI/PTO Gearboxes, the complete CPP propeller shaftlines with rudders and brackets, including the complete control and alarm systems for this extensive hybrid solution.

CBDO of Northern Offshore Services, Mr. Martin Landstr?m says that they have chosen Helseth as a provider for this new vessel based on their experience from the past vessels and improved new high-efficiency propellers. Helseth delivers superb service and is very solution-oriented and has delivery times that no one else in the market could match.
