New Construction in Our Area Is Booming

Just about every Saturday morning, my friend Karen and I take at least an hour-long walk to relax and catch up. Since it’s been a little cold here in Florida lately, we’ve been walking near her house out in Point West. The weekend prior to the recording of this video, Karen pointed out something interesting: virtually every new construction home in the neighborhood was sold or near completion. I’ve also noted that resale buyers only seem to be looking for homes that are no older than 10 years. To hear my top tip for buying new construction in this crazy market of ours, watch this short video.
