Excited to launch, together with Professor D. Tzouganatos, a new specialized publication series on Competition Law. More than happy to open it with the Ph.D. thesis of Judge E. Konstantakou "State Aid and Services of General Economic Interest” prepared under my supervision and grated with distinction due to its research and methodological quality.
