Are you working in a team? If yes, what is the ambiance??

My position is a bit specific. In fact, I’m part of the plant management team on the site level but my hierarchy is outside the plant structure, at the European level. So there are two different?levels: the Plant team and the Finance team. In spite of that, I had a great welcome from both teams and I was quickly involved in the important topics. So yes, it is amazing to work with these teams!?

?Is it easy for you to stay connected with people?

I would say yes because we try to talk to each other as much as we can/need. For instance, we always have at least one or two meetings per week to discuss with the European team. As we are currently working on some major topics for us such as the global recost, we have even more discussions with the European team.

What are the projects you are currently working on?

In my position, we do not really work on projects but we have some recurrent topics every year. For instance, we have topics such as the global recost as I said, and the budget for the next fiscal year which are ?quite heavy processes.

?Overall, what are your feelings? Have you felt well-integrated??

Yes, I mean the integration is a big strength at TE and it is truly helpful and effective because you know that you can count on everyone. Indeed, this is why I am happy to come to the office in the morning because the team and my colleagues are here and I am always pleased to discuss with them.?Nevertheless, which seemed difficult to me at first, there were TE?policies. In fact, it is hard to know all the TE policies in a short time. However, there is always someone who is here to remind me to have a look at it.

What are your professional goals in the long run?

For now, I am not really sure what my projects are. I learn, I have the need to learn each second ?but it is not clear yet for me what I want to do in the future. However, in TE we have the chance to learn a lot and it is really focused on experience, learning, and guiding. I already have the chance to have a mentor with whom I can discuss twice a month. She is really helpful and we discuss how to grow the network and how to learn as much as possible.

?What are your personal and professional achievements since you joined TE?

My biggest achievement is not exactly as a plant controller but more as a person. Indeed, my biggest achievement for TE is fundraising for Ukraine because it is both a professional and personal achievement. It was important for me because that proves to me that I joined a company that shares my values.

Have you encountered some challenges as a woman?

To be honest, it has been difficult during my previous experiences because I was young and a woman. However, here, there is no difference between men and women. I am a part of the TE family and that does not matter whether you are a man or a woman.?

What would you say to someone who hesitates to apply for a job at TE?

You should not hesitate! There are a lot of positive things about working at TE, you learn a lot, you grow a lot, you meet nice people and there is always someone to give you help if you need it!
