An organization chart presented up side down, projects the sales team on top stating they are the nearest to the customers. Perfectly stated. But is the CEO farthest from the customers? If so, then CEO is Chief Emergency Officer. Those, who are nearest to the customers and perform in the interest of the organization, are holding the pulse of business and has the best feedback to improve the business. They need to be empowered, recognized, supported. Thanks for the article.
