New Class: Real-World EQ for Leaders

Hey, I've got something exciting to share.

I've been working on a new class.?It's called:

Real-World EQ: For Leaders.

Real-World EQ: For Leaders is based on the live course I taught last year, Build Real-World Emotional Intelligence. But I've completely revised it to target leaders and aspiring leaders in the workplace.?

That means: New material, new tools, new guest speakers (more on that in a second), and a completely?new section called Performing Under Pressure that teaches the difference between pressure and stress, and how to use emotional intelligence to deal effectively with both.

There's three things I'm especially excited about in this course.

1. The guest speakers.

One of the things I got the best feedback on in last year's course was the guest speakers. People loved the chance to hear directly from experts in their respective fields, our interview session, and the chance to ask them direct questions.

This year, we have:

2. The EQ for Leaders Toolbox.

In our class, we'll be referencing a set of emotional intelligence tools. As part of the course, you get access to all of these tools, including:

3. Q&A

Another major feature of last year's class was the chance to ask myself and our instructors direct questions at the end of each session. Additionally, following completion of the course, I'm available to answer specific questions from students.

Structure

Sessions: 4x live Zoom sessions over the course of 2 weeks.

Session length: 1 hour (and I’ll stick around for a little after each session if there are still questions).
