A new chapter

 Next week will be the start of a new chapter on both a professional as a personal level.

This period of five months on the Minor Storytelling & Experiences has not been easy, but wow, did all the hard work and persistence pay off. A dream became reality as I, together with a passionate team, was able to help Vekoma Rides with the creation of something new. By using all facets that I learned from the past years, in collaboration with tireless teamwork, we took up the challenge and created an extensive piece of research and some refreshing ride-experience concepts. Something that will surely bring many unforgettable moments of happiness (Golden smiles).

As I gratefully look back on the process, I would like to thank my team, Vekoma Rides, Klaus Hovens and Jeroen Holman in particular for their challenges, critical view and assistance.

Now this project has come to an end, being graded with a 10, a true honour. I now look forward to a new challenge presented by Jeroen Holman. This new challenge will take place at Dutch Wheels, a leading manufacturer of giant wheels within our industry and beyond. Here I will start to learn a new part within our industry, the manufacturing side. Not only from this I will learn, but I will also extend my skillset by diving deeper into marketing and sales.

On a personal level, I will say goodbye to Breda for now, moving back to Landgraaf and with that closing off a truly amazing time. I now look forward to my graduation period, my collaboration and lessons within Dutch Wheels and what is there to come afterwards.
