Beginning of 8th Year of #ARM Worldwide
Every year when we celebrate our anniversary it is not because we celebrate our history, it is, in fact, the celebration of our mission with a new level of challenges and new opportunities.
Our mission – "To help our customers grow, both in value & volume”
2020 is a challenging year in ways no one was ever ready for, however through a seamless transition into the digital world we have collectively won half the battle.
The collaboration of the teams and verticals to ensure timely deliveries and consistent customer delight under such difficult circumstances is the first step towards our success. The remaining battle is more of an opportunity to innovate, build, and grow profoundly, to grow infinitely.
We would like to take this opportunity and thank each one of you for your support and patience, together we are stronger indeed.
Building ‘T shape’ organisation
Transforming to an Agile organization we often move from expert teams to cross-functional teams. Growing T-shape is a way to enable the cross-functional team to collaborate better and it helps them to work as a team instead of a group, meaning solving problems together instead of working as a mini-waterfall within the team. This helps the team become high performance and enables them to innovate and create better solutions.
In the first phase of lockdown, all 130 worked towards a common goal of up skilling / reselling ourselves and we left no stone unturned

And did some blue-sky thinking on how the future will look like, as covid-19 is here to stay for long and many changes which are practising these days will become the new normal for all of us. And as the new normal settles, we as professionals and as businesses as well, will be doing many things differently. And therefore it becomes imperative to reimagine the workplace of tomorrow. What’s in store for the 8th Year?
We studied some science and some philosophy to continue working towards our mission with a difference. Breaking down the number 8 to understand our approach for the year #AlphaInfinity
The path is sturdy but filled with immense opportunities, embrace the newness that comes along this digital transformation, and challenge yourself to learn something new every day.
The key to maximize customer delight is - be the first to seek unique and innovative solutions and to ensure we do that every time we work on a new challenge. The possibilities ahead of us are infinite let’s not limit it to the immediate problems, the true success is to explore it all and go beyond.
In our 8th year, we shall all –
- Be the Alpha – Arriving first, set standards, lead the trend
- Learn and Innovate – Learn new things, think innovation first solutions
- Preach and Practice – Lead by example and be consistent at it
- Repeat – Do it once, do it again
