A New Chapter...

For the last 15+ years, I have worked in organizations that I started from scratch. They were companies conceived and started to address unmet market opportunities, and each was a completely new concept that required significant market education. It was (very) hard but well worth it. 

Since transitioning away from Symphony Talent (the company that acquired QUEsocial) last December, I have had the good fortune to spend a lot of time with my family and the space to think through what I want to do in my next chapter. I knew I wasn’t starting another company (right now) but wanted to be in an environment where I could add meaningful value to a mission-driven cause and surrounded by smart, savvy people in a great culture.

I found that in Click Boarding and am thrilled to be working with them to help bridge the huge gap between current (antiquated?) employee onboarding and what we all expect in a modern, technologically sophisticated world. I vividly remember jobs where I had a pit in my stomach half-way through the first morning because my onboarding was so shabby. Have you ever had that “what have I gotten myself into?” feeling on day 1? It’s horrible. I will now be working alongside an incredible team to bring an end to that sickening feeling and help companies reinforce to candidates the great reasons they said “yes.”

And so begins a new chapter in my professional journey, which (of course) began with an extraordinary onboarding experience.
