New Chapter: Fosber Asia will build a new intelligent factory for corrugator production lines

Guangdong Fosber Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (abbreviates as Fosber Asia) is going to invest 500 million yuan to build a new intelligent factory for corrugator production lines, which is mainly used for the production and research and development of corrugated equipment. The project covers an area of about 80 acres.

Guangdong Fosber Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., established in 2014 with a manufacturing base located in Foshan, is a Sino-Italian joint venture, which introduces the technology of high-end corrugated board production line to establish a foothold in China, and provides domestic high-end corrugators for Chinese and Asian industrial customers. At present, Fosber Asia has a plant area of about 17,000 square meters, of which the assembly and commissioning workshop covers about 16,000 square meters. The products of Fosber Asia are large-scale equipment and its production is affected by the available space in its workshop. Due to the continuous growth of order demand, the existing workshop area is difficult to meet the future development of Fosber Asia.

2018-2022 is the first five-year strategic plan of Fosber Asia. During this period, our technology and business have developed rapidly. The product ranges from the first localization of Pro/Line in September 2019 to the localization of S/Line 370 in 2021. The revenue grew at a compound rate of over 30% from 2018 to 2021. In 2023, Fosber Asia will start the second five-year strategic plan and enter a new stage of development.

In order to improve production capacity and achieve the company's next five-year strategic plan goal, Fosber Asia is going to invest 500 million yuan to build a new intelligent factory for corrugator production lines. The new factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, with an area of about 80 acres and about 53% of the factory area is used for production. After the completion of the new factory, it is estimated that the production capacity of Fosber Asia will be greatly improved. With advanced industrial scale and intelligent manufacturing standards, we can respond to customer needs and serve customers faster and better.
