A new challenge starts

Last week was my last week at Microsoft after 4 years at M365 Business Group for France.

As everybody says when you leave Microsoft, I truly had the opportunity to meet with incredible people, participate to the launch of fantastic products and contribute to develop the business with a scale of revenues I would probably never see anywhere else. So thank you to all to have offered me the opportunity to grow and learn so much.

 So what? Am I out of my mind, quitting one of the most exciting products line and inclusive company during this unprecedented period?

 I am more than ever a big fan of Microsoft Teams and the opportunities offered by the Microsoft 365 platform to transform how employees work together. In most of the discussions I have with customers, they acknowledge their end-users hardly leverage the full extent of the platform services, just because they even don't know them or they did not have time to integrate them into their day-to-day process.

 There is clearly the need for an extra layer, a solution that would propose the integration of all O365 services in ready-to-use solutions, integrated in a space as beautiful as a corporate intranet or as personal & convenient as a Teams channel. That would truly be what it is defined as the Digital Workplace.

 This is why I decided to join a Microsoft ISV, Powell Software that started 5 years ago to deploy on top of SharePoint & O365 intranet solutions and now offers integration into Microsoft Teams.

As their Chief Product Officer, I am so excited to join their incredible team of Product manager, R&D, Marketing and Sales to help them accelerating their Product Strategy & Product Marketing beyond France & Western Europe.
