THE COMPANY

The Private Equity firm was established in 2000 and has grown into a team of 30 people. They have offices situated in Munich, Zurich, Vienna, and Hong Kong. They invest in small to mid-cap companies in a variety of sectors and have a current fund size of €400M+, €1.1billion in AUM, and a cheque size ranging between €10m to €50M.

They have made over 80 investments and currently have 18 portfolio companies in which they have active involvement. They have completed over 20 add-on acquisitions in the last 4 years and they tend to buy directly from the founder/entrepreneur and typically take an interest in companies across the DACH region.

The companies have a revenue ranging from €10M to €200M, an EBITDA from €5M to €20M, and an EV value from €40M to €150M. The portfolio company has a loose hierarchy structure and a relaxed atmosphere that encourages independence and self-delegation of tasks and responsibilities. They promote working collaboratively and contributing your input to the team.

THE ROLE

• The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:Portfolio management
• Orginiation through to completion and exit
• Involvement within the deals team
• Prepare and perform management presentations
• Present deals to the committee
• Successfully build and develop the team
• Build strong relationships with founders and entrepreneurs

THE CANDIDATE

• The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:Educated to degree level
• Experience as an Analyst & Associate
• 1 to 3 years of investment banking experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience at BCG, Bain, Mck
• The successful candidate will display the following characteristics:SME-focused

PACKAGE

Minimum Basic Salary:??$80,000

Maximum Basic Salary:?$100,000

Bonus Package:?30% to 40%
