8 个月Enjoyed the "Fast Start" article from 1, specifically optimizing time spent on revenue-generating activities. Most sellers spend a TON of time on non-revenue generating activities (or at least, that's what I've seen in most of my conversations with other sellers.) Just makes them less efficient and then they have low pipeline. It has major ripple effects. How does that compare to what you've seen Nate Zoellner?
