Residents of high-rise buildings can now enjoy unprecedented rights and protections, thanks to the initiatives spearheaded by the Building Safety Regulator at the Health and Safety Executive. A pivotal moment for high-rise living safety, residents are encouraged to verify their building’s registration under the new regulations.

At the heart of the building safety revolution in England, the Building Safety Act 2022 has been instrumental. Formed under this Act, the Building Safety Regulator is committed to elevating safety standards throughout the construction and habitation environments.

Block Maintenance urges all high-rise residents in England to familiarise themselves with the transformative building safety laws now in effect.
