With more than 60 clients requesting a viewing in the week after the government ‘reopened’ the property market, Octagon Developments noticed a surge of interest in their flagship site, Broadoaks Park, West Byfleet in Surrey, where they are building 115 brand new homes over the next few years. They have also seen a record 6 reservations within a seven-day period at the development.

Tim Banks, Octagon’s CEO confirms; â€œWe too have noticed an increase in viewings at Hampton Place which is due to launch this month - located on Pipers End, one of Wentworth’s premier roads which is just half a mile from Virginia Water station.”
