New Brand

Today we mark a milestone for our newly merged and rapidly growing group with a new name, Bolton Clarke.

Since RSL Care and RDNS came together it’s been essential for us to find a name that accurately captures our rich history while at the same time allowing us to diversify and expand into a much more competitive market.

Our name brings together our shared heritage and tradition of care and allows us to build on our current momentum with new acquisitions, innovation in service development to support current clients and residents and future generations to come.

We’ve already demonstrated we are much more than the sum of our parts.

Some highlights since we came together in 2015 include:

• Expanding our group of companies with the acquisition of Your Choice Home Care NSW, Broadwater Gardens Retirement Living Community NSW and training provider the Aged Care Channel, which delivers services to the industry in Australia, NZ, the UK and Ireland. The group also has more than 1,000 residential aged care beds under management with a joint venture partner in China.
• Designing and building new communities supporting active living and engagement, including developments at Caboolture, Gold Coast and Thornlands, Queensland and Banora Point, New South Wales as the first stages of a $600 million capital works pipeline.
• Expansion of remote consultancy and telehealth programs.
• Expansion of reablement services across Australia including a new regional rehabilitation centre at Longreach in partnership with Queensland Health.
• Delivering early intervention mental health support services through beyondblue’s NewAccess in South Australia and New South Wales
