Belonging Matters, is a belonging and inclusion assessment, planning and action tool that is comprised of 2 hour community building dialogues with participants. During the process participants make new connections, share stories, explore root causes and come up with their own strategies to foster a sense of belonging. As a result organizations are provided with information on what they are doing well to foster belonging and inclusion as well as recommendations for service improvement. Many organizations use this tool to build relationships with new communities as well as strengthen their relationships and effectiveness with communities they already serve. A visual legacy of the insights provide both participants and organizations with an effective communication and planning tool.
