New Beginnings Through Courageous Conversations and Compassionate Mediation?

Many couples come to me angry, disconnected, and exhausted.

One person is desperately seeking connection, often feeling abandoned or unseen. The other is trying to be cool, detached, or in control, unwilling to engage emotionally.

And when neither gets their needs met, the fights begin.

That may be how they come to you, too.

I will be LIVE in my Zoom room on Thursday at 10:00 am. and would love to share tools for you to become an expert in helping your clients resolve conflict.

But here’s what I want you to see—all parts are trying to be helpful.

  • The codependent part learned to overgive to feel worthy.
  • The distant part learned to withdraw to stay safe.
  • The angry part learned that fighting is the only way to be heard.

These are protective strategies developed over time.

But beneath the conflict is a deeper truth—a longing for connection, safety, and understanding.

This is the heart of Compassionate Mediation?.

And in my upcoming Compassionate Mediation? Coaching Certification, I will teach you how to:

? Help clients understand their inner protective parts

? Guide them to communicate from their highest self

? Support them in resolving conflict with courage and clarity

It’s never just about dividing assets or making a decision to stay or go. It’s about healing the wounds that created the conflict in the first place.

New beginnings start with courageous conversations.

And I’d love to show you how to lead them. Please join me tomorrow at 10:00 am. Central.
