New Beginnings!

I am incredibly excited to be joining Impec Group.

Impec Group approach IWMS differently with a holistic offering that includes consulting, sales, implementation, CAD management and staffing.

I look forward to overseeing the growth of that business.   

I am additionally relishing launching a technology accelerator, where we will help start-ups break into a complex market with our experience, understanding of what the market needs and extensive network of prospective customers.

This has been a passion of mine since my first foray's into the startup world.

I do think we are at a pivotal juncture in the Real Estate Technology industry. 

 1.     We have a mature IWMS market that requires a diminishing expertise to provide full value to clients that have invested considerably in their technology. 

2.     We have an ever-increasing number of point solutions and enablement technologies that are servicing niche needs. 

3.     The global pandemic is accelerating the adoption of Workplace Technology and expanding to previously unknown use cases. 

4.     Our ways of working will change forever as a result of the pandemic, although we do not know all the ways yet. 

5.     New players are entering the market daily, both from parallel industries and from the considerable investment in bleeding edge startups. 

6.     We see a lot of these new players fail because they do not have the experience or network needed to navigate the complicated sales landscape that is Real Estate Technology 

 All of these factors make it incredibly difficult for companies to determine the right solution for their needs.

My role at Impec Group will be to help companies ensure that they are getting the most from their technology investment and to serve as a mentor in accelerating new prop-tech companies from around the globe, with a particular emphasis on opening up a network of experts, sales channels and implementation services.
