To New Beginnings!! :))

There are a many firsts in life and they are always special!

April 2012 was when I moved to this office – I was undecided, uncertain and had a lump of anxiety in my belly! This wasn’t the place I was supposed to be after I shifted to Ahmednagar having worked in Mumbai for 5 years!

Just like every other 25 year old Marwadi, I wanted to be with all the other men in the house at our family office; growing a wonderful business & facing situations together; ?but life had other plans! Unwillingly I landed up here at this office to practice Chartered Accountancy which also was something I wasn’t very inclined to do :)

I felt isolated – didn’t have many people around; no income; no productive work to do! As much hard as the young man in me wanted to work; had nothing to do for 6 months! It was a night mare :(

Diwali 2012 was when things started moving – the marwadi in me started an advertising business from here; which even though wasn’t making much money; kept me busy and active! ?

9 years and 5 business’s (2 doing pretty well, 2 Shut and 1 WIP) later, I can very well say that I have fallen in love with this small office of mine; earning a decent living; have had some wonderful thoughts and discussions here with myself & with people; have become more profound and have evolved into a better business professional & a much better human being! :)

On the first day here I remember I had a heavy heart; had tears rolling down my eyes! Didn’t know if this was the place I wanted to be! Feeling the same emotion today but the thought is just the opposite! I fell in love with this place and the things it has bought me! :)

But as they say; life has a full circle – shifting to my family office tomorrow! :) ?Now that i have my eye in; looking forward to the next phase of growth in my life! :) Onwards and Upwards from here! :)
