The world of your highest intentions and wildest dreams awaits you, accessible from within your own heart. Every setback, every heartbreak, every failure is an invitation to grow your soul, to make new choices, to accept accountability for
“Be yourself” is the message from wise sages. “To thine own self be true” comes from Shakespeare’s Hamlet when Polonius, a counselor to the King, bids farewell to his son Laertes, who is leaving Denmark for France, offering advice and words of wisdom.

No more excuses. Declare what you’ve learned and how you’ve changed. Then move forward in love. If you can’t see the lessons now, just say I am open to this situation being here as a catalyst to my growth even though it doesn’t seem like this at the time.
Take the time to go within to a place of peace and serenity. Create your inner sanctuary. Fill it with flowers, crystals, fountains, candles - anything that soothes you. Honor your sensitivity - it’s there to guide you toward your path and purpose, toward those who understand and respect your differences.
Heal wounds from the past - claim your power, reinvent yourself, fall in love with yourself over and over again.
I help people who struggle with imposter syndrome to embrace their inner cheerleader/coach, to gain confidence and authority, and live a more empowered life.
YOU belong in the world or you wouldn’t be here.
