New Beginnings

Many of you already know that we have added a new member to the family. For those of you who do not, I introduce our newest bundle of joy, Jack! We're thrilled to announce the arrival of our precious baby boy. Mom and baby are both doing well, and we're overflowing with happiness as we begin this incredible journey together.

Grace and Jane meeting Jack

New beginnings, like the arrival of a precious baby like Jack, bring a youthful lens that provides a fresh perspective to our lives. How quickly I had forgotten that my girls were once that small, the smell of a new baby, the sleeping smiles, the wrinkly feet. As we cradle this tiny life in our arms, we're reminded of the beauty in simple moments and the endless possibilities that lie ahead. With each new day, we're granted the opportunity to see the world through innocent eyes, rekindling a sense of wonder and igniting a newfound appreciation for the magic of life.

In addition to adding a new member of the family, I am starting a new chapter as well. After nearly a decade with Change & Innovation Agency, a vimo company , it's with mixed emotions that I bid farewell. This company has been a second home to me, providing countless opportunities to grow, learn, and create lasting connections. As I reflect on my experiences here, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible individuals who've made this journey so rewarding.

From passionate founders to inspiring team members and gracious clients, each of you has played an integral role in shaping my career. To all the remarkable partners who have joined me on this incredible ride, I extend a heartfelt thank you for your enduring friendship and unwavering support. Your contributions have been immeasurable, and I look forward to the exciting adventures that lie ahead.

?A special thanks to Ken Miller, Blake Shaw, Bill Bott, Leo Ribas, Sean Toole , Veronica Bossack, Reginald Wright, Joe Berra, Brian Donohoe, Bill McCracken, Ryan Shaw , Rochelle Brazier, Karl Allison , Carl Medley II , Susanne Crawford , Robert (Bobby) S. , Kim Bazan , Brian Wann , Jacky Beshar , Terre Penn , Brian Elms , Andi West , Laura Tibbets, MSW, LSW , Kristen Wilcken , Stephen Kunz , Jeremy Toulouse , April Klatt , Kelly Harder, MSW , Suzi Stott, Gregg Broyles, Liz Steele, Leona Hodges , and all of the great people I have worked with over the years.

Throughout my tenure, I've been fortunate to witness remarkable transformations within the company and meteoric growth. I've also had the pleasure of partnering with visionary leaders across 16 states, delivering practical solutions that address real problems and elevate agencies' capacity to create greater impact. We have been able to reengineer foundational business processes that have reshaped service delivery systems across a vast spectrum of federally and state funded human service programs nationwide. It's been an honor to be a part of driving these changes to make significant impacts in the realm of human services. The journey has been filled with achievements I'm incredibly proud of, including being recognized as a finalist for The Fast Company World Changing Ideas of 2020 and being honored with the esteemed Gold Stevie Award for Achievement in Management by the American Business Awards in 2022.

Moving forward, I'm committed to continuing to drive lasting change on a national, and potentially international, level. I will always leverage my experience, passion, and ability to make a difference and "increase capacity to do more good."
