The time has come for me to branch out on my own... well not completely on my own! I’ve decided that after many years of recruitment experience in both agency and in-house environments, the time is now right for me to venture into the world of becoming a business owner.
I’ve been recruiting for 16 long years during which time I have worked on a wide range of projects from Healthcare, Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and a whole lot of multilingual shared service centre projects throughout the EMEA region.
The area that I have always been really passionate about is working alongside other HR professionals to find long term solutions to company’s hiring needs and practices. Designing and delivering practical talent acquisition solutions, coaching, training and consulting is where I can really add value.
I’m still strangely fascinated by HR and Recruitment and love connecting with HR and Recruitment specialists both to continue my learning and to share my experiences, even if I am what some would consider vastly experienced already.
I’ve entered into a partnership with my colleague Iain Pike from Dorset Management and together we have created People Matter s.r.o.
