A new beginning

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to leave London Business School Executive Education after just shy of 3 years. LBS has been a phenomenal place to work, with such inspiring faculty, outstanding colleagues and a wonderful culture. I’m so proud to have worked at LBS and I’ve grown so much as a result.

After 12 years in B2B sales, business development and account management roles in the UK and USA, across various industries, I have decided to make a big change.?

Some of you may know of my struggles with my mental health, especially over the past 2-3 years - I suffer from clinical depression and high anxiety and I continue to battle against this.

It’s time to do something I’ve been so scared of doing for years and, if it wasn’t for the work of various very patient psychotherapists and coaches, as well as the love and support of my family and friends, I wouldn’t be making it now (and one which I’m ABSOLUTELY BUZZING for!).

So...having qualified as a Transformational Coach and working evenings and weekends as a professional Career & Work coach for the past 12 months, I’m taking the plunge to run my own business as a professional coach on a full time basis.?

I am really passionate about positive mental health and wellbeing, especially in relation to people’s careers and working life.
