New Beginning- Again!

Today marks the end of a remarkable chapter in my life as I bid farewell to the UAE. For the past 12 years, this country has been my home, a place where I poured my sweat and tears, shaping me into the person I am today. Now, I embark on a new journey in a vastly different land, one that contrasts with the place I was born and raised in for 31 years, and the one where I spent nearly 13 years growing up. It's a fresh start, an opportunity to build anew.

But this time, it's different. I'm not starting from scratch like I did back in 2008. I'm starting from a much better place, armed with knowledge, growth, and wisdom gained over the years. In fact, I've learned more than what some people learn in a lifetime. Please understand that I'm not boasting or seeking validation; I'm simply sharing a fact about my life, which will become clearer in the following words.

My first day in the UAE was as a lowly security guard on a remote construction site, holding a visa for a mason builder, and earning a monthly salary of AED1500. Yes, that was my humble beginning. I mention this not to belittle those jobs or the people who earn such salaries, but to provide a point of comparison between where I started and where I stand now—a journey I will delve into through the content I share here, be it in video form, podcasts, or posts.

To add some spice to the tale, when I arrived in the UAE, I possessed no substantial skills. Even my command of the English language was limited; all I could manage was a simple "Good Morning." Yet, I left the country as an editor, copywriter/UX writer, and translator with a background in PR and digital marketing. You can see these details on my profile, alongside my photography, graphic design, video editing skills, and my ongoing study of Python and data analytics.

Now, you may wonder why I am sharing this story. The answer is simple. I wish to convey this unique experience in the hopes of inspiring others to take the plunge, to start their own journeys, regardless of age, financial constraints, or educational background.
