A new ATM series

The wait is over. The recordings of my almost annual ATM? summer camp this year, The Human Frame, is available just in time for the holidays.

The Human Frame is a series of brand new lessons, many based on classic lessons, others entirely original, and all of which are done in a doorway. Not only does the frame offer new constraints and unique ways of orienting to the environment, but these lessons lend themselves to easy practicing and lead to long term learning. If you missed these innovative and transformative lessons during ATM summer camp this year, you can now experience — and benefit — from them yourself.
