New article published

Leader and Coaches, kindly note an article that I co-authored with Sarah Elstob: GIBS MBA Alumni. It was published online today by the South African Journal of Human Resources Management. It has far reaching implications for the relationships between leaders and followers: Contextual variables in the organisation might weaken your relationship with followers. Therefore consider the Organisational Design factors, such as how much, how frequent and the nature of your follower's interaction with their customers. It might lead to burn-out and actually even weaken the impact of your relationship with your followers.
