New Arrivals: Sitios of Sul de Minas, Brazil

The natural Brazils from the Sitios of Sul de Minas have arrived at Jonker & Schut in the Netherlands and are now available for order on MyTrabocca! Sitios are smaller Brazilian plantations that typically produce below 500 bags of coffee per year. They are usually located at higher altitudes and in hilly landscapes, which is favorable for coffee growing. Due to the controlled environment of Sitios, production and quality are carefully measured and monitored.

All blend components in the Sitio blends are purchased directly from growers who are committed to quality and willing to provide detailed information about their Sitios, harvesting methods, drying techniques, and other relevant information about their coffee. The blend components in the Sitio blends are fully traceable to the farm level, ensuring complete transparency in the sourcing process.
