New Arrival | A New Member of the Genfine Flash Family
The Genfine Flash family is a qPCR product line based on the super Taq enzyme obtained by directed evolution technology - Flash Taq. To become a member of the Flash family, the core quality one must have is ultra-fast, and at the same time have obvious segmentation characteristics. Today, the Genfine Flash family has a new core member to report.
New Member Profiles Revealed
Flash: The amplification speed is super fast, 1kb/s, compatible with ordinary PCR programs, fast PCR programs, and ultra-fast PCR programs;
Robust: Strong resistance to stress, suitable for direct amplification of various samples;
Atlas: It is suitable for large-volume template detection and improves the sample detection rate (suitable for multi-sample mixed detection).
Profile 1:
Name: Flash Robust qPCR Master Mix
Advantages: "Good character & no temper", it has excellent compatibility with various samples, excellent detection sensitivity; excellent resistance to stress and can perform 50% (v/v) direct blood expansion.
Features: The single-copy template detection rate is extremely high!
Profile 2:
Name: Flash Atlas qPCR Probe Master Mix
Advantages: "Robust & ultra-stable", it can detect large-volume templates and 40% (v/v) templates; Primer, Probe, and Mix premixes can be stored stably at 37°C for 2 weeks without affecting performance.
Features: Unshakable premix stability!
Additional features: The above two products are available in with/without UDG versions, and you can choose the corresponding reagent version for testing according to different experimental needs!

Advantages Demonstration
Flash Robust qPCR Master Mix Limit Detection Rate Demonstration:
Genfine Flash Robust qPCR Mix series products detect the limit of low-copy templates. Each copy number is replicated 90 times. The results are as shown above after statistics, and the detection rate is high for single-copy templates.
Flash Robust qPCR Master Mix Sample Amplification Demonstration:
Genfine Flash Robust qPCR Mix series products use a 20μl system for direct amplification of ASF-positive blood. The reaction system is configured as shown in the table above. The results show that Genfine Flash Robust qPCR Mix series products can effectively amplify 50% (v/v) positive samples.
Flash Atlas qPCR Probe Master Mix Large-volume Template Amount Detection Demonstration:
Genfine Flash Atlas qPCR Master Mix series products amplify swabs to extract templates, which can achieve normal amplification of 40% (v/v) of template input, and the detection results are better than similar competing products on the market.
Flash Atlas qPCR Probe Master Mix Premix Stability Demonstration:
Genfine Flash Atlas qPCR Master Mix series products are mixed with primers and probes and placed at 37°C for 2 weeks. During this period, samples are taken for detection. The product performance is stable and the fluorescence value is not affected.
