Tradebyte’s debut at the OrienterungsMesse
On October 12th, Tradebyte participated for the first time at the OrientierungsMesse “Apprenticeship and Career” event in Feuchtwangen. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to explore various career paths, including the exciting world of Tradebyte.?
At our booth, attendees could drop by to have a chat with our mentor Marco Mettke, along with two other members of our team Tino Dietel and Hue Tran, and one of our talented working students, Mathea Greve. We were open to answer any questions the students might have, and to add an element of fun, we organised a small scavenger hunt called “Tradebyte at a Glance” which allowed students to explore our company beyond the booth space.?

A quarterly gathering
This week we gathered for our quarterly internal All Hands, the QMEET, where all Tradebits came together to reflect on our performance and milestones from the last quarter. The event also celebrated the people of Tradebyte, as 3 Tradebits marked their 10-year anniversary at the company. As an unexpected surprise, our leadership team showcased their TikTok skills, revealing their creative side with a video they prepared during an offsite event earlier this month.
Of course, what’s a Tradebyte event without some delicious food and refreshing drinks? We made sure to balance insightful discussions with opportunities for everyone to catch up and connect.
Team days well spent
At Tradebyte, we highly value teamwork and we love a good team outing. Recently, our People & Operations team immersed themselves in the festive atmosphere of Oktoberfest in Munich. They put on their best Lederhosen and Dirndl dresses, and sang and danced to German “Schlager” songs!?
Meanwhile, our Business Unit Retailer team embarked on an exciting adventure to Brombachsee. They gathered for a day of activities, playing giant sized games such as Jenga and Tangram. They also used this time to engage in insightful conversations about a new setup within their team - a fantastic way to inaugurate a new chapter. These team outings not only provide a break from our routine, but also nurture strong relationships among our talented professionals.?
