New Admin Dashboard
Katapult Pro Version 4.1's focus is on performance improvements, but there are small new features that users will appreciate. One of these new features, in addition to improved spreadsheet imports, is the admin dashboard.
The new admin dashboard allows admin users to switch between companies, search users, edit permissions, add users, and add companies very quickly. To search for a user, use the search bar at the top of the page.
To edit information for a user, click the correct row from your list and click the three dot menu. Here, you can edit their contact information.
At the top right of the page, you can click the user button to create a new user. Enter their email and indicate which permissions you would like the new user to have. If you manage multiple read-only companies, indicate which company you would like to add the user to. Write and read users can create an unlimited number of read-only users!
Remember, adding write users will increase your monthly billing!
You can also create new companies in the upper right. This is useful when providing read-only access with many users at once. Indicate the name of the company, then add an admin user to manage who else can view data you share with this client. To manage read-only companies as an admin, you will need a private server.
