We are glad to introduce you Contour, which represents the latest development in the New Jackson masterplan, a neighborhood that has transformed into one of the most vibrant and prestigious areas of Manchester in recent years. This success was made possible by the creation of iconic projects such as Deansgate Square, The Blade, and Three60, which have consolidated the area's reputation as one of the most sought-after in the city's residential landscape.
?The 51-story tower stands out with its elegant glass fa?ade, enhanced by anodized aluminum cladding. Plot F2, named Contour, features a delicate blue hue and will be next accompanied by Plot F1, characterized by a refined metallic green tone, creating a harmonious contrast between the two buildings that will complete the development.
?The architectural firm SimpsonHaugh designed the development, giving it a unique and recognizable aesthetic. With gently chamfered edges that expand and contract every five floors, the tower creates a vertical movement effect that accentuates its slender elegance.
?The fully glazed chamfered corners reflect light in a striking manner, generating captivating facets. The main fa?ades, clad in colored anodized aluminum, provide a sophisticated visual contrast that further enhances the buildings' geometry.
