Led by ENB First Soloist Julia Conway and demonstrated by ENBYouthCo dancer Megan Georges, this senior-level series is designed to elevate your ballet training with a focus on core strength, posture, upper body grace, and turnout precision.
Start with the Senior Core & Posture Class, where you'll build a strong foundation for your technique and alignment, supported by the Backalast posture jacket.
Next, refine your elegance with the Upper Body & Port de Bras Class, focusing on graceful upper body movement and balance.
Finally, improve your turnout and adage control with the Turnout & Adage Class, targeting strength, flexibility, and leg alignment.
All classes feature live piano accompaniment by Reina Okada.
