Never take a losers Negativity

Educator scholar always told me never listen to an oppressor...

Recently I had an individual that I could not understand oppress me and go behind my back saying I needed my head examined. Well, when I separated from a mid-level management position. I realized it was not me with the problem it was the mid-level management that felt entitlement and power for having a label of "MANAGER".

Without awareness I quickly wrote to all the creditors and DMV because when this individual started working I had money missing from my purse and flat tires. I just asked my scholar friends what do you think I should do? Leave that job of 16 years you do not need the drama. I was but how will I survive.

Here it comes. I am a humble scholar and independent research scientist. I have the skills I just have to apply them. For now work with or for people then become a speaker of my research mysteries of Mexico indigenous people. I applied for high ranking jobs and passed the written exams.

The reasoning behind all of this is simple. Your value or assets may not be for everyone and do not waste your time proving anything to anyone because in that you will miss out on the greatest opportunities. And I now am living proof that if you enjoy what you do or not seek your path because you will be much more happier.

My writing is dialogue and different but that is what makes me stand out and if others do not like it or me I am wasting my time and need to go find my niche or stay with myself to learn who I am, what I am about and how I will grow.

Actually, what I experienced from mid-level management was bias, oppression and a bit of narcissism. I am a better person because I know how it feels to treat others with respect and choose who I want to work with or for not every job is for you and now I am so happier.

Why I wrote this article. People the world is not about you. It's about the quality and what you can bring to the table. If someone treated, you bad that is how they feel about themselves because a true leader guides and delivers the best. Learning about yourself helps you share great tools others will or will not take. Do not for anything base your life on others judgement know that you have your own worth and talents that only you can share. And in time the truth comes out and the fools are the wrong doers because they have limited their growth. Do not ever judge someone because he says, she says or judge because in the long run it will come back and bit you. People we are all different for a reason because we all have different talents to share and offer. So do not harm or jeopardize someone because you are jealous or do not know yourself because in the long run you will die without anything. Why? What does it do to try to get someone fired or out of a job for you. Nothing but selfish smirk remark. But then homelessness and problems for society so in turn you are the troublemaker and not the one that was working the job of three people. I will move on because I found my path in life and love my opportunities. Because I am a leader that delivers and hands the tools of success whether I care for the person or not. Life is a gift and not a promise and I leave it at that for now.
