Never Stop

by Jim Bean, Chief Instructor

Arizona Tactical Defense Training Institute

Never Stop

Words to live by. The bullet list of what I believe, live and teach.

Never Stop Believing

  • For me that is: God, Country, Family, Self
  • If you are ever in that fight for your life or to save the life of others, know that you and they will survive and prevail. BELIEVE !

Never Stop Respecting

  • Our Flag and all it stands for
  • Our Military
  • Our Veterans
  • Our First Responders (all of them and their support personnel)
  • Our Elderly

Never Stop Learning

  • There is always something new to learn, or a twist on something known
  • You can also learn from mistakes, from things taught that are incorrect or of little value (you can learn what not to do)
  • Learn about life. Life is a question, so seek the answer

Never Stop Training

  • Don't limit your vision.
  • Learn from others - even from competitors
  • Diversify your training
  • Range
  • Shoot House
  • Dojo
  • Gym
  • Classroom
  • Simulation
  • Scenario (including Scenario Visualization)
  • Seminars, Conferences
  • Videos
  • Websites, Books, Magazines
  • Seek Certification

Never Stop Being Vigilant

  • Crime and criminals are out there
  • Terrorism and terrorists are out there
  • Evil is out there
  • Be vigilant
  • Stay Aware, Stay Smart and Stay Safe

Never Stop

  • Never stop protecting those you love, and those who cannot protect themselves.
  • If you are ever in a fight for your life or to save the life of another, Never Stop !

May God bless you all. Remember all of those deployed and their families, and those who will work and volunteer during our Holiday season to keep us all safe. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy, Prosperous, and Safe New Year !
