Having my coffee today, I remember an instance that happened to me last year, I was scouting for a job opportunity due to relocation issues, and I used to give random interviews everywhere but unfortunately even after 2-3 weeks, I was not able to find any good thing for me. While interviewing with a couple of organizations, they understood that I am desperately looking for a job for my survival as I was serving my notice period in the previous organization at that time. So, they decided to offer me a job but with a pay cut despite knowing my circumstances and monetary needs.
But, I knew my worth and rejected them even when it was very important for me to get any opportunity. I waited and continued giving interviews and hence I came across 4 offers offering me good hikes and now I had to choose 1 out of those 4.
Hence, It only made me realize that you should always know your worth and never settle for less than what you deserve.
