In today's article, I would like to share with you 5 thoughts that you should never allow to enter your mind. Because these 5 thoughts will destroy your energy level and make you feel bad about yourself.
If these thoughts are coming into your mind regularly then you have to take a stand against them. You have to take action to keep them away from your mind.
Whenever these thoughts will come into your mind you have to replace them with some energetic and powerful thoughts in order to reduce the effect of these thoughts on your mind.
5 self-destructive thoughts -
Experts estimate that the mind thinks between 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts per day. That means on average 2500 to 3500 thoughts per hour. These many thoughts pass through our minds.
Out of these many thoughts, more than 90% of thoughts are useless and don't have any value addition to your life. Only a few repetitive thoughts are important for you, which might have a good or bad impact on your life.
No thought is bad or good, thoughts are thoughts, we label them good or bad depending upon their effect on our mind and body. In simple words, any thought that empowers you I call it a good thought because it increases your energy level.
And any thought that disempowers you I call it a bad thought because it decreases your energy level. This is the reason you should always monitor your thoughts every day and categorize them as good or bad.
After that you should take action to replace the bad thoughts with good ones, the more you do it the more you feel energized about life goals. Now Let's see those 5 thoughts which always disempower you.
1. 'I am not capable enough.'
This is the most common thought that comes to our mind whenever we start working on a new goal or new project. I am not capable enough is a great indicator of self-doubts. The more you repeat this thought the more you will lose trust in your capabilities.
So to overcome the effect of this thought you have to remind yourself about your past victories. How many difficult projects you have successfully done in the past? How many impossible goals you have achieved in the past?
Just remind these things, because in the past I am sure you might have done some great things which are impossible for you at that time but still you successfully done it.?So Sit down and remind yourself who you really are.
2. 'I wish I was born a different person.'
In frustration lot of people say this to themselves 'I wish I was born a different person or I was born at a different place.' People repeat this thought continuously when they get frustrated with their life problems.
But the reality is this life story is yours, made for you, it's your unique story, this story is yours and you belong to this story. Then why do you think like that? see everyone facing different life problems, nobody in this world has a life without problems.
The rich people have different problems and poor people have different problems. So you should accept the truth that there are different stages of life, there are difficulties, and life is not free from these difficulties.
It teaches you a lot, gives you new experiences and lessons which make you mentally strong. So don't complain about your life, respect it and get ready to fight against any problems.

3. 'My life is worse than others.'
This thought comes into your mind when you compare yourself with others. You compare your life problem with others, you compare your achievement with others, you compare every aspect of your life with others.
Every time after comparing you come to the final conclusion that my life is worse than others. This is completely illogical because you don't know what type of personal or professional problems they are facing in their life.
You just see their life's snapshot on social media and start comparing but in reality, you don't know what's going on in their life? The truth is nobody in this world is living the perfect life, all the individuals have their own struggles and problems.
So instead of comparing you can set your standard for your life. Love your life and always take action to improve it. Your life will start improving when you stop comparing it with others.
4. 'I failed because of this person or that situation.'
The easiest thing in the world is to blame others for your mistakes but at the same time, its consequences are worst. Freeing myself, I am perfect, I did everything, it was his fault, because of which I failed. This type of thought process will be going to responsible always to destroy your life.
Don't play this type of blame game, because this will stop your growth in life, you can't improve your life unless you take the responsibility for your mistakes. When you accept your mistakes you actually become ready to correct them.
The moment you start accepting your mistakes and taking action to correct them, from that moment you will start growing in life. Keep your ego aside and accept your mistakes, learn from your mistakes and move ahead.
5. 'I can't handle it.'
Whenever this thought comes into your mind ask yourself why I can't handle it? Am I not the responsible person? Am I not competent enough to handle this? Asking these questions will give you clarity on why this thought coming into your mind.
Because in 99% of the cases this thought is the outcome of your fear, the fear of taking responsibility. To overcome this fear or the impact of this thought you have to push yourself for taking responsibility and handling difficult things in your life.
This life is 100% your responsibility so you have to be ready to handle all the things that are coming in your way. So the more you push yourself for taking responsibility the more you become confident as well as mentally tough.

These 5 thoughts will always try to attack your mind, always try to disempower you but you have to be ready to destroy them with the power of positive thinking and taking action in the right direction.
