My Response to Minister Colm Imbert Webinar Contribution Made at a CAF Webinar.

I have my read very carefully the Minister of Finance Submission at the CAF Webinar 9th June 2021 and posted in the Newsday Wednesday the 9th day of June 2021.

In a few years or, if our Legal Fraternity wakes up before, questions will be asked about the Concealed Fraudulent Clause 45 of the National Insurance Board Act, which allows them to count the collected money from Contributions and discount the number of Contributions which provides those monies. In other words, if you retire at 65 without the required 750 Contributions, no discounted contribution can fill that shortage.

If that is material information which must and should have been widely circulated to avoid the Act being declared void and Fraudulent, then my understanding of the Rule of Law is flawed.

If a Statute Law can be so fraudulently used for over 50 years to collect monies and promise benefits, not paying them finally, in a society with so many highly successful Attorneys At Law, and not challenged successfully, making the continuous use of such a Clause, open for massive Claims of Punitive damages, then society will just has to wait until I finish my University of London LLB Degree and my Trinidad and Tobago Legal Education Certificate.

To add insult to injury, this Government has not increased Retired Public Servants Pension for over 10 years (A Decade) and made no provisions to assist the over 65 Silver Generation in their massive financial assistance, given freely so far for COVID-19 Relief, with all our and ancestors Taxpayer contributions to Nation Building, inclusive of our Natural Resources, not even reductions in Utility Bills to lessen the burdens on themselves and unemployed dependents.

The Crown Jewel of course, is the recently approved Billion Dollar Provision to Fund Parliament Members, Judicial and other Senior Members Pensions, some of whom will be getting Million Dollar Monthly Pensions.

Just finished my London University 6 Week Study of "Magna Carta and Its Legacies: Freedom and Protest “and the Lectures and Reading Learning shared by the Source of Human Made Law, which poignantly showcased why King John carries the reputation of a Bad (mad) King by the way he treated the people he managed, trying to increase his profits at the expense of all others, culminating in a Document 807 Years Old, holding still to this day, a FAITH instilled in This Magna Carta Agreement.
