Dealerware mobile will now alert users if a customer has an outstanding balance while they are creating a new contract. This allows dealerships to decide how they’d like to take action, quickly resulting in an increase in revenue and cost recovery.

Do Not Rent Alerts?

Users will now be alerted in Dealerware mobile if a customer has been designated as "Do Not Rent".??This new feature provides users with on-the-fly insights into problematic drivers before creating a new contract and reduces overall risk for the dealership.
