There is a reason why it’s not always the most experienced people in the world making the biggest changes. Sometimes it helps to have inexperience because it allows you to make the risky decisions that someone with experience in the industry would NEVER think of taking.

So many leaders in this world have said if they had seen the entire picture clearly when starting their businesses that their doors would not be open today. That is one of the beautiful things about entrepreneurship and business in general. You don’t always need to be the smartest to succeed; you just need to be the hardest working.
