The 'Never Forget But Keep Moving Forward' Edition of the Newsletter...

Do something today for someone else, maybe someone whose views you don't always agree with, to remember all those we lost (and are still losing) and those who have moved on to do amazing things in their memory, especially for the 39 we lost from my alma maters #Fordham and the 26 from #Xaverian as well as so many others from our communities. Always thinking today of Carl Flickinger, who sat two seats behind me for 4 yrs at Xaverian, Gigi Calvi, who lived two houses away from us on Avenue L in Brooklyn, Tim Finnerty, a great hoops coach we worked with at Fordham, another Fordham pal Mike Armstrong, Father Michael Judge who was always around MSG, another Brooklyn friend in MIke Ferugio, and so many others. Bless those gone and still here and all those who serve and protect our freedom every day. That being said, we start anew as September rises…all those back to school on any level approach all you do with joy and interest and keep learning and sharing. The only way we grow is by working together. If you want to add anyone, send their email address to [email protected], or they can subscribe to the LinkedIn feed. Cup o' Joe

This week, we looked at the changing days we engage, looked back at the NFL to learn the future, reaffirmed the college storytelling opportunity and chatted with a colleague with a storied history pivoting a career.
